SAVOUR THE ATMOSPHERE

One of Galway’s top fine dining experiences. Located in the heart of Galway on Quay street, Artisan is situated above the famous Tigh Neachtain. Built in 1894 the building is full of charm & character with romantic window tables looking out on to the medieval streets of Galway.

Artisan has won numerous awards including best restaurant in Connaught 2012 at the RAI awards with recommendations yearly from Bridgestone & Georgina Campbell. MATT’S SELECTED WINES

Wine is my passion. I travel to different wine regions throughout the world, every year, to find the best wines out there for Artisan. With a higher diploma from WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) and as a member of the Guild of Sommelliers of Ireland, my goal is to source the best of wines available in Ireland for you to enjoy.

Our wine list updates every few months and I deal with six of the countries best wine suppliers. Artisan has a concise wine list, but something to suit every palette. Feel free to ask for me personally, I would be happy to make a recommendation.
